The stand is one of four remaining stands and 7,000 sq meters in size. Its located on a ridge with views of the Drakensberg mountains. There are no neighbouring stands giving it maximum privacy. There are several interesting trees such as Euphorbia, shepherds tree, corkwood and Rock fig. In addition to the trees there are also interesting rocky outcrops on the stand. The reserve is 2,500ha in size and has only 54 stands. There is an excellent network of game drive roads and several dams on the property.
